Production Engineer & New Model (Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemistry) Bangpoo Industrial Estate

1. Plan and control production (Heat Treatment process)
2. Analyze and solve problems: Find the causes of problems in the production line (Root Cause Analysis) and resolve them quickly to prevent process downtime
3. Process Improvement such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to increase productivity, reduce Waste, and reduce costs
4. Manage machinery and coordinate with the maintenance department to plan Preventive Maintenance to ensure machinery is always ready for use
5. Conduct production trials in the metal heat treatment process
6. Analyze problems occurring during production trials (Trial)
7. Prepare documents for APQP, PPAP, IATF16949, ISO9001, and others
8. Coordinate with various departments
9. Solve problems occurring during continuous production

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Science, or other related fields Age not exceeding 28 years (Males must have completed military service) Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF 16949 systems Basic to intermediate English proficiency Able to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft365, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and others Able to work overtime and work in Bangpoo Industrial Estate, Samut Prakan Province Able to work in a Heat & Surface Treatment manufacturing plant
