Foreign Economic Activity Specialist

Collection of information and documents regarding the fulfillment of obligations under foreign trade contracts; organizational and technical support for the company's participation in fulfilling obligations under foreign trade contracts; monitoring deviations from the fulfillment of obligations under foreign trade contracts; organizing the acceptance procedure for individual stages of foreign trade contract execution; involving and monitoring the participation of contractors depending on the stages of foreign trade contract implementation.

Requirements

Knowledge of regulatory legal acts governing foreign economic activity; international treaties in the field of foreign economic activity; methods and tools for working with foreign market databases; rules for preparing documentation under a foreign trade contract; business communication ethics and negotiation rules; rules of administrative document management; procedures for preparing established reports. The vacancy is for the Southeast Asia direction. Due to the specifics of the work and communication with foreign companies, the candidate must possess business qualities, including proficiency in English and Vietnamese; candidates with proficiency in Chinese and Japanese are also being considered.
