Overseas coordinator (Freight forwarder) / Overseas Coordinator

• Coordinate with Overseas Agent
• Respond to Inquiries from Overseas Agent and customers
• Build and maintain good relationships with Overseas Agent
• Coordinate and resolve problems occurring between international Agents and customers
• Other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications: Male / Female, age not exceeding 40 years old Experience in Freight Forwarding / Overseas Coordinator will be specially considered Basic knowledge of Sea Freight / Air Freight and Import / Export processes Able to use English for communication, good at reading and writing Emails (Ability to communicate in Chinese will be specially considered) Responsible, enthusiastic, and able to solve immediate problems well Good interpersonal skills and able to work with a team Understand Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, FCA, CIF, DAP, DDP Knowledge of B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing List and Import / Export documents If having experience with Freight Forwarding Network such as WCA, JCtrans or other Networks, it will be specially considered
