Senior Engineer-NPI/Senior Engineer - Tooling

Position : Senior Engineer-NPI 1.APQP team leader for managing project plan, follow up and update to ensure meet customer requirements. 2.Ensure the project ready to transfer to production. 3.Analysis and highlight the technical issue. 4.Responsible for problem analysis & solving and lead for continuous improvement program. 5.Manage project budget and quality of work completed.

Position : Senior Engineer - Tooling 1.Tooling validations, design review and provide technical input to the team. 2.Work with IM mold maker to provide mold concepts design before start mold fabrication and follow up till project approve by internal & external customer. 3.Manage TF tooling fabrication according to internal & customer specification, mold standard guidance and follow up till project approve by internal & external customer. 4.Provide technical support and recommendation to NPD, NPI/APQP team, contract Mold maker, and Injection molding production. 5.Provide troubleshooting expertise and to provide direction in the repairing and maintenance of new and current molds. 6.Create specifications and standardize for all new molds and provide quotes for the procurement of new tooling.

Qualifications: Position : Senior Engineer-NPI - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering field. Experience: 5-7 years in Plastic processing, Automotive, APQP team and project management Good English communication and advanced in Data analytics. Position : Senior Engineer - Tooling - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related field. Experience 5-7 year in Plastic molding making processing, Automotive, and project management. Good command of written and spoken English. Systematic thinking and advanced in data analytic.
