Business Development Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Lead Generation Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market trends.
Cold reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, or phone to introduce our services/products. And, taking minutes and follow up with all related parties
- Client Relationship & Communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients, delivering clear and professional presentations. Draft compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks entirely in English.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the key coordinator between clients and internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Legal, or Project Management) to ensure client requirements are met. Organize and schedule meetings, track project timelines, and ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
- Commercial Execution
Assist in negotiating contract terms and closing deals under the guidance of senior management. Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and tracking.
Qualifications: Experience: 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar commercial role. Fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Fluent/Native English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory. You must be comfortable leading meetings and writing professional emails in English. Business Acumen: Strong innate "business sense." You understand how companies make money, how to spot value, and how to pitch solutions rather than just features. Coordination & Organization: Exceptional organizational skills. You can manage multiple leads and internal tasks simultaneously without letting things slip through the cracks. Interpersonal Skills: A confident, empathetic communicator who enjoys building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
