R&D Department Manager

• Plan and develop new products according to customer requirements (UPR, Alkyd Resin, and Emulsion)
• Provide technical support to Production and Sales departments
• Provide advice and solutions for quality issues or problems arising from customer usage
• Supervise research and development to comply with standard requirements, including controlling and preparing documents related to R&D department operations
• Meet customers to present, introduce, and provide technical and product consultancy
• Define quality standards for new products and prepare related technical documents
• Manage the team, analyze and solve technical product problems, and provide technical guidance to the team
• Supervise Pilot Runs to ensure industrial-scale production feasibility

Qualifications: All genders (Males must have completed military service) Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields Age 30 - 40 years old Proficient in MS OFFICE Able to work overtime Able to travel upcountry and abroad Experience in UPR, Alkyd Resin, and Emulsion chemical production will be specially considered Able to communicate in English Experience using laboratory testing instruments Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Flexible in working and able to perform urgent tasks outside of regular working hours Able to work well under pressure
