Consol Officer

• Plan and manage air cargo Space/Weight to achieve maximum efficiency • Calculate cargo volume and weight (Gross Weight vs Volume Weight) for flight bookings • Prepare related documents such as House Air Waybill (HAWB), Master Air Waybill (MAWB), and Cargo Manifest • Coordinate with Airlines and Overseas Agents • Verify the accuracy of cargo and documents to comply with aviation safety regulations (IATA) • Track cargo status (Tracking) and inform relevant teams of the estimated arrival schedule

Qualifications: Gender: Male Age: 25 years old and above Education: Bachelor's Degree (any field, if having direct experience) Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Air Freight Consolidation or Export Air Freight Good understanding of HAWB / MAWB documentation processes High attention to detail in numerical calculations and document verification Basic English communication skills (Email/basic correspondence) Good problem-solving skills under time pressure Knowledge of Dangerous Goods will be given special consideration
