Process Engineering / Asst. Supervisor

• Responsible for developing new processes and designing new process plants and equipment or modifying existing ones.
• Assist in the development of processing plans, methods, design, materials handling, P&ID
• Collecting data required to make improvements and modifications in formaldehyde plant ,resins plant and utility system
• Supervising plant operations with operator staff
• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs of each process.
• Overseeing the construction of extension plant or new plants
• Research and purchase new manufacturing technology.
• investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems
• Ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Work with R&D team to develop resins performance and working production process.

Qualifications: Age 21-26 years Bachelor / Master Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Instrument Engineering 1-3 years working experience in chemical industries or related field. Good communication skill, positive, positive thinking, service mind, decision making skills. Initiative and flexible. Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Computer literacy Program Autocad
