Qualifications:

- Understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, including the working principles of HR Outsource or HR Agency, as well as management, planning, and administration of people, time, work, and various labor laws.
- Experience in MOU student internship programs will be given special consideration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, candidates, and internal teams.
