• Develop and maintain Backend systems for the ERP Platform and other company applications
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs, Services, Databases, and backend systems to be efficient, stable, and secure
• Collaborate with Frontend, Mobile, Product, QA, and other teams to develop systems that meet business requirements
• Manage Infrastructure related to the systems such as Server, Cloud, Database, basic Network, and various Environments
• Manage system Deployment to live environments including Development, Staging, and Production
• Manage CI/CD Pipelines, Version Control, and system Release processes
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Performance of Backend systems and Infrastructure
• Analyze problems occurring in Production and resolve them systematically
• Design system architecture to support future growth, such as Scalability, Maintainability, and Security
• Prepare technical documentation such as System Design, API Document, Deployment Guide, and Operation Guide

Special Consideration Skills

• Experience with Backend languages such as Java, Java script, Typescript, C#/.NET, Node.js, Python, PHP, or Go
• Experience using Docker, Kubernetes, Shell Script, PM2, Nginx, or Container Platforms
• Experience with Cloud such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other Cloud Providers
• Experience with CI/CD such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other tools
• Understanding of Microservices, Event-driven Architecture, or System Integration
• Experience connecting ERP systems, Accounting Systems, HR Systems, POS, Payment Gateways, or Third-party APIs
• Knowledge of Monitoring such as Log, Alert, Server Monitoring, and Application Monitoring
• Basic understanding of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering

Qualifications: Age 30 or above, or having Senior-level experience with the ability to take responsibility for work independently At least 5 years of experience in Backend Development Experience in developing Web Applications, Enterprise Applications, or ERP systems will be given special consideration Understanding of REST API, Database Design, Authentication, Authorization, and basic Security Experience using Databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, or other databases Understanding of Infrastructure such as Linux Server, Web Server, Application Server, Cloud, or On-Premise Server Experience in Deployment and Production system maintenance Proficient in using Git or Version Control Ability to analyze problems, fix Bugs, and improve systems systematically High sense of responsibility, able to work in a team, and communicate well with other teams Able to work under changing Requirements and understand the business context Able to travel to client sites Able to communicate and explain workflows systematically, speak clearly, and handle immediate problems Previous experience handling work pressure and answering client questions Able to communicate in English 2 rounds of interviews: Round 1 Online HR / Round 2 ONSITE with Executives Candidates with a Portfolio will be considered The company provides a Test to be completed before the interview
