Execution Engineer (Office-based Sukhumvit 63) Salary 25K

• Receive project assignments from the Sales department, along with studying customer requirements and details
• Plan, control, and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with the work plan, budget, and specified timeframe
• Coordinate with the Sales department, Engineering team, executives, customers, Suppliers, and related agencies to ensure smooth project operations
• Prepare TOR (Terms of Reference), Specification, and various documents related to the project
• Verify Technical Requirement, Drawing, and Material List before commencing operations
• Perform Procurement tasks, sourcing equipment and materials, and coordinating with Suppliers in accordance with project requirements
• Prepare RFQ, compare prices, negotiate, and follow up on ordering, production, and delivery of equipment and materials
• Control Material costs and monitor delivery status to align with the project Timeline
• Coordinate with international teams, Logistic department, and Warehouse to plan equipment receipt and installation
• Inspect the quality of equipment and materials, monitor on-site progress, and prepare summary reports of operations for executives
• Work Monday - Friday, 08.00-17.00 น.

Qualifications: Male, age 25-45 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields At least 1 year of experience in Project Execution, Project Engineer, Procurement Engineer, or industrial project work Experience in Power Plants, Boiler, pollution control systems, or EPC Project will be given special consideration Knowledge of TOR, Technical Specification, Procurement, and Material Control Ability to read Drawing and engineering documents Ability to communicate in English Skills in planning, coordination, and project management Ability to travel for work upcountry Negotiation and Supplier management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure Possession of a private car will be given special consideration, and fuel expenses can be reimbursed according to company policy
