Assistant Manager R&D

• Plan product development and improvement to stay on schedule
• Plan product development to ensure high potential
• Control development and improvement operational procedures to comply with integrated management systems and legal requirements
• Review production formula costs and compare costs to improve and reduce costs
• Verify the methods, locations, and equipment for raw material preparation to ensure suitability
• Monitor subordinates' work to ensure it follows the defined plan
• Monitor and review various operations of the design and development process to ensure they meet requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Research and Development, Food Science, or other related fields 5 years or more of experience in product Research and Development within the food industry Knowledge of computers, English, food laws, and quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO9001, ISO14001, etc. Leadership skills, with good communication and problem-solving skills Creative, detail-oriented, and possesses analytical thinking High skills in management, planning, application, and data analysis Positive attitude and able to work under pressure Good English communication skills
