Innovation Chief

1. Improve production processes, machinery, raw materials, people, and methods
2. Search for, analyze, and resolve problems occurring in the production process
3. Design tools and machinery to support production
4. Prepare equipment, tools, and support for New model
5. Experiment with new processes in collaboration with the R&D team
6. Improve and repair damaged tools and machinery
7. Plan and implement PM for tools and machinery
8. Collaborate with supervisors to define departmental work plans in alignment with company policies and overall plans
9. Collaborate with supervisors to define departmental work goals, as well as monitor work, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to the team
10. Define work methods and operating procedures for the department
11. Prepare plans, propose for approval, and control expenses to remain within the approved budget
12. Collaborate with supervisors to plan individual personnel development for the department, implement plans, and monitor development results
13. Collaborate with supervisors to plan career advancement, including promotions and job transfers
14. Supervise the work and conduct of subordinates to ensure compliance with organizational regulations
15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Male, age 24-27 years old Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Able to communicate in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) TOEIC 350 score or above Able to read electrical circuit diagrams Have PLC programming skills Have Solid work drafting skills
