Process-Engineer (NPD)

1.Study and analyse process requirements for new products in collaboration with design, quality engineering, and customer teams. 2.Plan and design manufacturing processes (Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan) to comply with customer requirements, quality standards, and international certifications (IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001). 3.Prepare and maintain process-related documentation such as Work Instructions (WI), Process Drawings, and Machine Setting Sheets. 4.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Maintenance, Procurement, and Suppliers) to ensure readiness of machines, tools, jigs, and materials for trial production. 5.Lead and monitor pilot runs/trial production, analyze results, and resolve issues arising in the production line. 6.Evaluate and improve processes to maximize efficiency, reduce defects, lower production costs, and increase productivity. 7.Utilize quality tools (QC Tools, DOE, SPC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis) to analyze and solve production-related problems. 8.Support APQP activities, PPAP submissions, and customer-related audits. 9.Develop and introduce new processes to support advanced manufacturing technologies (Automation, IoT, Digital Manufacturing). 10.Participate in and drive Kaizen, Lean, and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications: ฺฺBachelor’s degree in a related field With highly CNC Lathe experience (5 years up); Knowledgable on tooling design and application. Knowledg able in Programing under CNC Lathe application, Trouble Shooting & with maintenance knowledge for basic fundamentals. Knowledgable in 7QC-tools; Able to construct Reports Able to read Engineering Drawings and general symbols. Knowledge able on Excel, World, PDF, PPT & Solid Works (MS Office). Age 25-45
