Key Responsibilities

  1. Inbound: verify incoming materials against the purchase order / delivery note; perform system receiving in Odoo/ERP

and print barcode labels in accordance with the goods-receiving procedure.

  1. Forward the delivery note to IQC for incoming inspection and follow up the result; if rejected, prepare documents

to return the materials to the supplier.

  1. Coordinate finished-goods receiving from Production after OQC approval, with complete goods-in documents.
  2. Storage: allocate and update storage locations in the system; store materials by category and area with

clear identification, batch control and First-In-First-Out (FIFO) rotation.

  1. Maintain fixed volume/quantity, account accuracy, labels, and physical stock; follow fixed location storage rules

and record storage temperature and humidity for controlled materials.

  1. Support cycle counts and the annual stock take per the Inventory Stock Take procedure; investigate discrepancies

and propose system adjustments.

  1. Monitor slow-moving, obsolete and non-conforming materials and coordinate segregation and disposal in accordance

with the relevant procedures.

  1. Outbound: prepare material-issue documents for Production and delivery documents for customers; coordinate

picking, packing, labelling and loading operations.

  1. Verify items, quantities and documents before dispatch; update stock-out transactions in the system and keep delivery

records for traceability.

  1. Handle all types of returns - materials returned from Production, returns to suppliers and customer returns - with

complete and correct documentation.

  1. Documentation and reporting: keep original documents (delivery notes, goods-receipt notes, issue / transfer slips)

complete and traceable; maintain Odoo/ERP data accuracy; prepare daily / monthly stock and KPI reports.

  1. Coordinate with Purchasing, QC, Production, Logistics and Accounting; report and escalate abnormalities;

implement 6S and safety rules; support internal and external (ISO / customer) audits.

  1. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Education: Vocational Certificate / Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. Experience: over 3 years in warehouse administration and document control. Computer skills: proficient in Excel and Word; experience with ERP systems (Odoo) is an advantage. Language: good command of Thai; basic English (and/or Chinese) is an advantage. Attributes: detail-oriented, honest, systematic and well-organized; able to work under pressure and overtime during stock-take periods; good team player. Working day > Monday - Friday Working hour > 08.30 am. - 17.30 pm.
