Head of Direction (Country Manager)

We are the development center for Sber's Indian Direction. Our goal is to bring the best practices of Russian banking to the Indian market and beyond. The Indian Direction Development Center team is looking for a Country Manager to work with medium/large businesses. This is a professional who knows what a business needs, knows how to build long-term relationships, creates the best service for clients, and a comfortable atmosphere for the team.

Responsibilities

• accompany key clients and participate in the implementation of the largest deals in the Indian Direction
• promote the Bank's products and services (lending, factoring, acquiring, FEA, ecosystem products, etc.) to the largest Russian and international companies operating in Russia
• manage sales and coordinate team activities
• search for potential clients
• search for promising directions and new niches for business development, formulate proposals to improve business indicators
• participate in deal structuring, interact with the Indian Branch team and all Bank departments (Sberbank subsidiaries, product teams, lawyers, security service, operational support, etc.)

Requirements

• English language proficiency: oral and written not lower than upper-intermediate level
• strong sales skills
• experience working in a Client Manager role with the Large Business segment + 1 year (client vertical)
• knowledge of the specifics of sales in the field of foreign economic activity will be an advantage
• higher education at the country's largest universities or abroad
• understanding the principles of financial analysis and the ability to read financial information/reports
• ability to conduct an argued dialogue with the client and internal Bank departments
• readiness for business trips (Russia/India)
• ability to use neural networks in daily work
