Chief Legal Counsel for Lending Support

The team supports complexly structured financing transactions. What you will be doing: legal support for syndicated lending transactions, the Bank's credit-security transactions involving the application of foreign law and/or the participation of non-resident companies, documentary operations within trade finance; analysis of applicable law, judicial practice, and legal positions on issues within the aforementioned functional scope; preparation of legal opinions, including on issues of legal analysis of transaction structures within functional duties; participation in transaction structuring regarding the specified functional scope; participation in the preparation and analysis of credit-security and other related documentation; ensuring the verification of the legal capacity of counterparties and the authority of their representatives; interaction with legal consultants; participation in negotiations with the Bank's clients. We expect that you: are a specialist with higher legal education; have experience working in the banking sector or consulting (will be an advantage); possess confident knowledge of civil legislation; know English at an Upper-Intermediate level and above; have experience in the legal support of financial or corporate transactions; are able to work with large volumes of information; use neural networks in your work.
