About the company
Sber's International Financing Department is a division that provides financing for exports (commodity traders) and imports with recourse to the supply chain. Our clients are international trading companies importing or exporting Russian goods around the world, as well as solving all related tasks – from logistics and insurance to the repatriation of revenue to Russia. We are looking for an employee to work with the methodology and internal regulatory documents dedicated to the Department's processes.
Responsibilities: development, updating, and support of the Department's internal regulatory documents; organizing the coordination and approval of internal regulatory documents with related departments; consolidation of comments, preparation of final versions of documents, and monitoring the approval process; description and improvement of the Department's processes, preparation of diagrams, instructions, and materials for implementing changes; interaction with relevant Bank departments.
Requirements: practical knowledge of the Bank's internal processes for the development, coordination, approval, and updating of internal regulatory documents; experience in preparing regulations, procedures, instructions, policies, or other internal documents; understanding of the interconnections between Bank departments and the requirements for drafting, coordinating, and implementing changes; ability to structure information, work with comments, and manage documents until final approval; English language at least at the upper-intermediate level.
