Executive Director of India Development

Your tasks

The India Development Center is looking for an Executive Director in Vladivostok under a relocation program! Responsibilities: manages a team of country managers (2 subordinates); personally attracts major clients and closes complex cross-sales; conducts negotiations with top executives of partner companies; develops and defends the business plan for their division; provides expert support to internal and external counterparties during deal implementation. Requirements: at least 5 years of experience in attracting or organizing sales to large corporate clients in the banking sector; at least 3 years of management experience in operational leadership of a client-product team (middle, large, and largest business segments); English language proficiency B2 and above (mandatory for conducting negotiations without an interpreter); public speaking skills; deep knowledge of corporate banking products; ability to structure complex deals; readiness for regular business trips.
