Corporate Architect DCA (B2C Customer Journey Development)

The Corporate Architecture Department of PAO Sberbank is looking for an architect for the B2C Customer Journey Development block. The block is engaged in creating products that form a unique customer journey and conditions for every client. You will be responsible for developing architectural solutions, most of which are difficult to find direct competitors for in the RF and the world.

Responsibilities

• development and updating of the Target Architecture and management of changes to the Target Architecture of the Bank's applications within the B2C Customer Journey Development block
• conducting assessments of business initiatives of the supervised units
• updating and analyzing the current state of the architecture and controlling the transition plan to the Target Architecture
• developing Conceptual Architecture documents based on team backlogs, feature descriptions, architectural standards, principles, and requirements
• controlling the execution of tasks within the functional area architecture, including control of technical debt
• controlling the development of AS Architectures and service architectures for the supervised functionality
• regular market research of new solutions, analyzing the possibility of their application within the Bank
• forming a target vision for product development taking into account modern trends (AI-native) and defending proposed solutions.

Requirements

• experience working in Banks, development companies, or integrator companies in positions of analyst, architect, or project manager for at least 5 years
• experience in designing automated systems and solutions
• experience in implementing complex corporate information systems
• negotiation skills, skills in persuasion and promotion of ideas, communication skills, and the ability to build effective communication with customers
• proficiency in one of the methodologies for building Corporate architecture of an organization (TOGAF, DoDAF, Gartner-Meta, etc.)
• English language proficiency at a level no lower than Intermediate
• proficiency in technical standards and notations ArchiMate, ITIL, BPMN, UML
• immersion in LLM, ML and modern products created with their help and closely related areas: AI-agents, harness, skill, multi-agent systems, self-developing agents, etc.

Will be a plus:

• proficiency in the enterprise architecture management tool ARIS.
