Senior ICS Technical Support Specialist

Technical support of ICS for technological lines; Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM); Real-time monitoring of the state of ICS for technological lines; Preparation of reporting documentation on incidents and completed works; Tracking wear and tear and preparing reports on equipment condition; Participation in projects for the implementation of new ICS and the improvement of existing ones; Formation and maintenance of the ICS equipment register (inventory); Maintaining an equipment failure log; Planning of spare parts and consumables; Conducting technical and technological audits (TTA); Development of design and operational documentation; Diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware and software parts of ICS systems.

Requirements

Higher technical education (automation, electrical engineering); At least 3 years of experience in technical support of automated production; Experience in the design and commissioning of ICS systems; English language proficiency at the level of reading technical documentation; Knowledge of industrial protocols and networks principles (Modbus RTU/ASCII, CANopen, Ethernet TCP/IP, EtherCAT, etc.); Knowledge of PLC. Ability to read logic, make changes, and find errors; Ability to work with SCADA systems, make changes, and find errors; Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation: operation and maintenance instructions, maintenance regulations, failure reports, certificates of completed works. Will be a plus: Basic knowledge of the design and operating principles of industrial robots and robotic lines; Desire to learn new equipment and technologies.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 3 years
