DevOps Engineer

Designing, deploying, and supporting infrastructure for microservice applications (on‑prem and/or cloud); Building and developing CI/CD processes (from build to production delivery); Containerization and orchestration of services (Docker, Kubernetes); Setting up and supporting monitoring, logging, and alerting systems; Ensuring fault tolerance, scalability, and security of the infrastructure; Participating in architectural decisions regarding infrastructure together with developers; Automation of routine operations (infrastructure as code, scripts, tooling); Interacting with development and business teams during the launch of new services and releases.

Requirements

3–4 years of commercial experience as a DevOps/SRE/Infra‑engineer; Proficient knowledge of Linux and networking technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS); Experience working with containers and orchestrators: Docker, Kubernetes (k8s); Experience in setting up and operating web infrastructure: Nginx, load balancing, reverse proxy; Understanding and practice of CI/CD (GitLab CI / Jenkins); Experience working with relational and NoSQL DBs (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis); Proficient use of Git, ability to build processes around it; Experience working with message queues/streaming systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar); Ability to write scripts for automation (bash, Python or a similar language). It will be a plus: Experience in the field of creating AI solutions; Experience working with public clouds; Knowledge of trunk based development, feature toggles, blue‑green / canary deployments approaches; Experience setting up monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, etc.); Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python/Go) for writing service utilities.
