Experienced Accountant (Knowledge of SoftOne & myDATA)

Daily entry and verification of documents (purchases, sales, expenses) in the SoftOne ERP. Management, reconciliation, and transmission of data to the myDATA platform. Bank reconciliations, and reconciliation of customer and supplier balances. Monitoring of collections, payments, and cash flow. Participation in monthly closing procedures, VAT calculation, and preparation of tax returns. Filing (physical and electronic) and maintenance of accounting records. Communication with external partners, sworn accountants, or accounting offices (where required).

Required Qualifications:

• University/TEI degree in Economics or Accounting.
• Proven experience of at least 3–5 years in a similar position within an organized accounting office (double-entry bookkeeping).
• Excellent knowledge of the SoftOne ERP (mandatory requirement).
• Excellent familiarity with the myDATA platform and modern tax requirements.
• Excellent use of PC and MS Office.
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• Consistency in meeting strict deadlines and professionalism.

Desirable Qualifications (Will be considered an additional advantage):

• Basic knowledge of payroll management / labor law (ERGANI).
