Purchasing Engineer (Good English communication, experienced in importing goods)

1. Purchase raw materials, machinery, including spare parts as assigned
2. Source new suppliers regarding prices and other conditions
3. Issue POs according to the purchasing process by comparing prices and negotiating
4. Follow up on product deliveries from suppliers to ensure completeness and timeliness
5. Coordinate with suppliers in case of product issues
6. Procure contractors
7. Supervise contractor payment processes to ensure compliance with employment contracts

Qualifications: No gender limit, Age 25-35 years old Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs 1 year or more of experience in purchasing and importing goods Able to communicate, read, and write English at a good level Knowledge of machinery will be specially considered Possess coordination and communication skills with both internal and external persons Possess good negotiation and price bargaining skills
