Tool Maintenance/Tool shop/ Machine Maintenance

•Performing preventive maintenance at the factory.

• Preventive maintenance follow the plan.
• Troubleshooting equipment and machines.
• Cooperate with production and planning department to achieve overall project.
• Developing and searching opportunities to improve production performance.
• Corrective Maintenance activities to achieve the company objectives.
• Improve the effective preventive maintenance plan to match with the production schedules
• Support to install and commissioning the new machines and equipment into the factory support to improve the plant OEE to achieve the KPIs target in term of Availability rate
• Support to reduce the cost of maintenance such as repairing.
• Improve MTBF and MTTR for all machinery and equipment.
• TPM activities in plant to maintain all machine & equipment.
• Improve the 5S, Safety & environment and Kaizen
• Maintain PLC and PMC programming and modification on new and existing equipment.

Optional Responsibilities (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบเสริม) •Continually monitor performance to the budget constraints of the program, reporting any potential deviations to plan. •Maintain 5S and safety to safe of workplace.

Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical technology or Mechanical. 3-5 year experience for maintenance technician. Strong knowledge in TPM & PM (especially in Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance) Problem solving skill and service mind Knowledge in PLC, pneumatics & hydraulic, Facilities and Utilities (Robotic system will be advantage) Knowledge skill for support Press machine 200T-2,000T and transfer system. Proactive, focus on results oriented and good attitude of works Knows Predictive Maintenance Some evidence on problem solving skill. Minimum 3 years of experience in tool room operations or CNC machining. Minimum 3 years of experience in tool room operations or Wire cutting machining. Proficiency in operating manual and CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, Super drill).
