Cut&Etch , Technician

•Prepare reports and quality records in compliance with procedures. •Maintain the inspection results analyzing equipment in good condition. •Responsible to identify the problems and issues regarding quality of the products. •Conduct the quality inspection of in-process and finished goods to ensure the quality conforms to Product specified requirements. •Able to use quality equipment such & test equipment such as caliper, micrometer, checking fixture etc. •Support quality team by monitor execution based on the procedures in the production process. •Involves to the abnormality handling process, internal quality issue, customer complaint. •Responsible 5S process in quality area. •Coordinate with the quality activities in the shop floors. •Perform job functions in accordance with set policies and procedures to ensure preservation of the Company Ethics and Quality Policy. •Lead the abnormality handling process, ensure the process align with procedure, monitoring, and report scrap. •Lead the quality Cut&Etch laboratory, handling operation process. •Lead 5S improvement activities monthly. •Support all of Plant audit (BOS, PPSC, IATF, Safety) •Job assignment from supervisor

Qualifications: Diploma (Vocational Certificate) or higher Work in quality functional environments at least 1 - 3 years. Knowledge of quality tool, and weld Cut&Etch process. Knowledge of basic manufacturing Be able to use quality equipment. Have knowledge in manufacturing system. Basic know QS 9000/lATF16949 quality system. Basic in office application software, words, PowerPoint, excels, Cut&Etch software etc.
