Lighting Solutions Supervisor

The role:

The person who takes on this position will actively participate in the lighting design of selected projects, while simultaneously being responsible for the coordination, quality supervision, and support of the team.

The goal of the role is to ensure high quality of lighting studies, effective project distribution, adherence to schedules, and a smooth transition from design to quotation and ordering.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of lighting studies and development of lighting concepts
• Distribution and monitoring of the team's projects
• Quality control of studies and ensuring adherence to schedules
• Collaboration with Account Managers, Consultants, and the involved teams

Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field
• Professional experience in lighting design or architectural lighting projects
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD and Dialux
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and schedules
• Very good knowledge of English, at written and spoken level
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to organize, coordinate, and make decisions
• Professionalism, consistency, and high attention to detail

Desirable Qualifications:

• Previous experience in coordination or supervision of a design team
• Familiarity with mentoring or coaching junior members
• Participation in site visits and collaboration with architectural offices, designers, or contractors
• Knowledge of modern lighting technologies and decorative lighting solutions
• Familiarity with project workflow management and design governance
• Good understanding of the collaboration between Account Managers and Presales teams
• Understanding of the customer journey in lighting and design projects
