We are looking for a Demand Planning Supervisor with strong organizational and analytical skills to strengthen the Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Demand & Forecasting process, optimizing inventory, and collaborating with multiple departments to achieve availability and cost targets.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervision and guidance of the Demand Planning team.
- Analysis of historical sales data and market trends to create forecasts.
- Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics departments for unified demand forecasting.
- Development and monitoring of KPIs for forecast accuracy.
- Participation in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.
- Monitoring and optimization of inventory levels per store and in the central warehouse.
- Identification and management of products with excess or insufficient stock.
- Contribution to the determination of safety stock and reorder points.
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of forecasting tools and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a Demand Planning role, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems – experience in SAP will be considered an additional asset.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on KPIs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
