Assistant General Manager (Sales, Marketing, Import)

1. Support operations as assigned by the General Manager
2. Participate in reviewing and presenting the company budget to senior executives
3. Collaborate in defining sales policies for TT, MT, Import, and marketing to align with company policies
4. Receive and implement policies for managing raw material and finished goods warehouses to ensure appropriateness and efficiency
5. Consider the feasibility of responding to customer requirements
6. Collaborate in utilizing data from new customer contacts, including expanding the customer base to generate sales and increase company profit, and building good relationships with customers
7. Other assigned tasks

Qualifications: Age 35 - 45 years old, with a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any related field Have at least 10 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: TT MT sales management, marketing, product import, or warehouse systems Experience in Food & Beverage and FMCG business management will be given special consideration Have computer skills and can speak, read, and write English Have leadership and team-building skills, be diligent, patient, honest, ambitious, and able to work well under pressure
