A technology store in Eastern Thessaloniki (Macedonia Airport) is seeking candidates for the position of Retail Sales Associates.

What does a Retail Sales Associate do?

The role of a Retail Sales Associate is crucial to the operation of the store in which they work, as they need to establish personal contact with every customer and ensure their service. Much depends on this regarding whether the interested person will ultimately purchase something from the store, which product they will choose, how much money they will spend and, most importantly, whether they will remain satisfied so that they visit again in the future.

Responsibilities

• Customer service
• Handling ERP and credit transactions
• Communicating with customers, investigating and highlighting their needs
• Monitoring shortages and ensuring their replenishment
• Arranging products on shelves
• Effective sale of devices, accessories, and mobile telephony services according to customer needs
• Serving customers with enthusiasm and passion
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace

Required Qualifications:

• Comfort in communication
• Communicative and friendly personality
• Professional behavior, politeness, responsibility, and team spirit
• Communication and prioritization skills
• English language knowledge is necessary. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be appreciated.
• Necessary computer (PC) knowledge
• Corresponding 2-4 years of experience in sales of gadgets, accessories, devices, and mobile telephony services
• Desirable previous experience in a similar store
• Excellent knowledge of category products and continuous updates on new technologies
• Fulfilled military obligations for men
