Product Research and Development Officer (R&D OFFICER)

1. Research and develop new products according to customer requirements and market trends
2. Improve existing formulas to increase quality and manage costs
3. Conduct shelf-life testing and sensory evaluation
4. Control production trials and define production standards
5. Prepare documentation in compliance with laws and quality systems
6. Coordinate with various departments to ensure project success

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field New graduates or experienced candidates are welcome Knowledge of food laws and quality systems Knowledge of food safety quality systems Ability to communicate in English and use computers (Office) Initiative, enthusiasm, and responsibility Good teamwork skills and respect for differing opinions
