Production Planning Officer

1. Prepare and control purchase requisition data for raw materials, parts, and products in accordance with the production plan
2. Control purchase requisitions according to item 1 and follow up/coordinate to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness [PR, NCR, DMA, ETC]
3. Prepare and control mechanical unit production orders and monitor output to ensure it meets the plan
4. Supervise and control all production process steps in every unit within the production department to comply with policies, goals, and requirements, namely: 1. Assembly Unit 2. Painting Unit 3. Mechanical Unit and 4. Upholstery Unit
5. Prepare product traceability documentation [tracibility] and medical device requirements [medical device]
6. Prepare work plans for Testing, Packing, and improvements to meet the requirements of the Sales Department
7. Prepare production management reports such as Summary Leadtime Report, monthly Tool requisition-issue reports
8. Perform duties according to operating procedures and related quality documents, and provide support for the quality system

Qualifications: Female, aged 21 years and above Education: Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer, or related fields Able to use English in all skills: Reading, Speaking, Writing, and Listening Proficient in using software packages and applications such as Microsoft Office Have knowledge and understanding of inventory systems
