- Manage and monitor IT and Digitalization projects
- Oversee and support the use of Software Maintenance programs
- Coordinate with customers, users, and development teams to resolve issues and track work progress
- Plan and execute system testing (Software Testing / UAT), prepare Test Cases, and track bug fixes
- Perform Business Process Analysis to identify opportunities for improving and developing workflows
- Support the driving of the organization's Digital Transformation projects by applying Digital Solutions to increase operational efficiency, increase Productivity, and enhance Data Visibility to support operations and decision-making
- Create Dashboards and reports using Power BI or Data Analytics tools (if experienced)
Qualifications:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field Fresh Graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome Interested in IT Project, Software QA, or Digital Transformation Basic knowledge of programming or databases will be given special consideration Experience using Power BI, SharePoint, or Looker Studio will be given special consideration Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset in problem-solving Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Able to communicate in English (TOEIC score of at least 600)
