Operation Officer (Tour Operations Staff) based in Hod District, Chiang Mai Province

• Manage rooming lists, check-ins, check-outs, and ensure room readiness
• Provide information, resolve immediate problems, and provide general facilitation for customers
• Coordinate with various departments, such as the Guide Department, Kitchen Department, and Food and Beverage Department
• Plan and organize customer transfer and tour routes
• Control and supervise the work schedules of drivers
• Inspect the readiness of vehicles and onboard facilities before travel
• Other assigned tasks

Qualifications: Gender: Male / Female Age: 22 years old and above Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management or other related fields Able to work in shifts, has a service mind, hardworking, resilient, and honest Knowledge of MS Office and ability to use basic computer programs Able to communicate in English at a good level Good personality, service-minded, fresh graduates are welcome Experience will be specially considered Work Location: Hod District, Chiang Mai Province Ready to start work immediately
