Operation Officer (Working on a floating house, Ratchaprapha Dam, Surat Thani Province)

Scope of Responsibilities

1. Supervise the pick-up and drop-off of customers between the pier and The Lake Camp floating house
2. Oversee general orderliness, such as boat arrangement, staff schedules, and room assignments for customers
3. Contact and coordinate with customers regarding appointments for dates, times, and pick-up/drop-off locations
4. Check in-Check out for guest rooms
5. Other assigned tasks

Qualifications: Female, aged 23 years and above Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management or other related fields Able to listen, speak, read, and write English well Service-minded, hardworking, resilient, and honest Knowledgeable in MS Office and able to use basic computer programs Experience will be specially considered
