Trainer (เจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกอบรม) Able to communicate in English

1. Analyze user training needs
2. Plan, design, and manage training in both online and onsite formats
3. Develop and create manuals/instructional media, including recording instructional videos
4. Evaluate training results and summarize findings to improve teaching
5. Work with the development team and other departments to ensure training aligns with policies and actual usage
6. Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Onsite Support (will be specially considered if any)
7. Knowledge and understanding of computers and technology (will be specially considered if any)
8. Previous experience working with government agencies or airlines (will be specially considered if any)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Good communication skills and the ability to convey knowledge to users easily Able to communicate or use English at a good to very good level Skills in designing instructional media such as manuals, videos, or exercises Ability to use Microsoft Office, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, e-Learning platform Good personality, polite, agile, and has a service mind Able to work flexibly and travel to work in other provinces or abroad High responsibility and able to solve immediate problems well
