Carrier Engagement Officer (English skill/Shift work)

Your tasks

1. Coordinate with airlines, government agencies, and relevant system service providers.
2. Follow up on the progress of data integration from airlines into the system.
3. Organize meetings, clarify procedures, and provide technical guidance to relevant parties.
4. Report progress, problems, and solutions to project executives.
5. Support meeting/seminar activities or project public relations as assigned.

Requirements

1. Able to use English at a good to very good level in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
2. Have basic knowledge of computers and technology.
3. Have very good coordination skills, including analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
4. Good personality, good interpersonal skills, and able to present professionally.
5. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, International Relations, Aviation Business, or other related fields.
6. Have analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
7. Have experience or knowledge of flight operation service systems, or have worked in the aviation industry or directly with airlines (will be specially considered if any).
8. Able to travel to coordinate with various agencies as assigned, and have flexibility to work outside of normal working hours (will be specially considered if any).
