Manager QC / Asst. Manager QC Automotive

Responsible for managing and controlling Quality Control / Quality Assurance operations of the factory to ensure that raw materials, production processes, and finished goods comply with company standards, customer requirements, and Automotive standards.

Qualifications: QC Manager: 8–10+ years of experience in QA/QC/Quality Management in the Automotive industry, with at least 3–5 years of experience at Manager / Senior Manager level. Assistant QC Manager: 5–8+ years of experience in QA/QC in the Automotive industry, with experience in team management / Supervisor level or above. Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949 / ISO 9001. Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA. Experience in 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, Root Cause Analysis. Experience in Customer Complaint / Customer Audit / Third-party Audit. Data analysis skills and ability to prepare Quality Reports / KPI. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Good English communication skills, especially reading Technical Documents and attending meetings with customers. High leadership skills, able to make decisions and solve problems under pressure. 4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
