Technician & Logistics Officer

Responsibilities

1. Install, inspect, maintain, and repair coffee machines, wine coolers, and related equipment.
2. Analyze and troubleshoot basic equipment problems, providing on-site maintenance services at customer locations.
3. Inspect equipment condition and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
4. Maintain technician tools, spare parts, and equipment to ensure they are always ready for use.
5. Prepare maintenance reports, record the use of materials and spare parts, and follow up on service results.
6. Deliver products, equipment, and spare parts to customers accurately and on time.
7. Support the moving, installation, and preparation of equipment for product demonstrations, training, and various company activities.
8. Provide customers with advice regarding basic equipment usage and maintenance.
9. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and related teams to ensure service and delivery processes run smoothly.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Male, aged 22 years or older.
2. High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.
3. At least 2 years of experience in technician, maintenance, or equipment repair work.
4. Experience in repairing coffee machines, wine coolers, or refrigeration systems will be given special consideration.
5. Able to communicate, read, and write basic English.
6. Service-minded, responsible, and able to solve immediate problems effectively.
7. Own a personal motorcycle and possess a driving license.
8. Owning a personal car and possessing a car driving license will be given special consideration.
