AI Systems Implementer

Process Analysis: Mapping business processes within the organization and identifying opportunities for optimization using AI tools and automation.

Characterization and Requirements: Collecting needs from business units and translating them into clear characterization and requirements documents.

Working with Vendors and Interfaces: Ongoing management with technology vendors, IT personnel, and end-users within the organization.

Implementation and Pilots: Leading POCs, pilots, and implementation and change processes with users. (The role does not include actual software development).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – Mandatory.

Professional Experience:

1–3 years of experience in process analysis / Organization and Methods / Information systems characterization.

Technological Orientation:

Good technological understanding, a deep affinity for the worlds of AI, and a passion for self-learning.

Personal Skills:

Analytical ability, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to drive processes and multiple interfaces.

Languages:

English at a very good level.

Advantage:

• ?? Familiarity / practical experience with AI tools (such as Copilot, Agents) or automation projects.
• ?? Familiarity with processes and the Insurance / Finance worlds.
