IFRS Manager
Responsibilities: Accounting methodology and IFRS accounting policy for the Group; Formation of accounting processes and procedures, period closing, and reporting consolidation; Quality control of accounting and reporting sustainability (deadlines, errors); Consolidation and release of the Group's reporting (IFRS), including the CIS segment (Manufacturing, trade, services); Audit support and processing of IFRS reporting audit inquiries; Automation of accounting and reporting processes, implementation of fast closing; Participation in the formation of local regulations and business process methodology
Requirements
Requirements: Higher economic education (finance/economics/accounting); Mandatory possession of professional certificates DipIFR, ACCA (fundamental); Excellent ability to use IFRS (IAS, IFRS) standards, application experience; At least 3 years of experience in a similar position; Experience working in Big4 or companies with regular IFRS reporting disclosure; Experience in managing direct reports; English language upper intermediate; Ability to build team workflows from scratch, perform tasks within tight deadlines; Knowledge of ERP systems and experienced MS Excel user.
Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 3 years
