Lead Process Engineer
Responsibilities of the Lead Process Engineer (Process Modeler): Development of mathematical models for technological processes in the nitric acid industry (ammonia, nitric acid, ammonium nitrate, etc.); Performing technological calculations for equipment (heat exchange, mass transfer, reactor, pumping, compressor, vessel, etc.); Development of key technological solutions for the modernization of existing production facilities and for the construction of new units; Issuing assignments to related departments based on the results of performed calculations; Development of technological packages for Basic Projects (PDP - process design package, FEED - front end engineering design); Technological support of ongoing projects
Requirements
Knowledge of chemical technology processes and apparatus (knowledge of nitric acid industry processes and apparatus is an advantage); Proficient use of specialized calculation software (PRO/II, Aspen Plus/Hysys, ChemCad, etc.); Experience in developing mathematical models of technological processes from raw material intake to the production of the finished product; Proficient user of AutoCAD, MS Office; English language ability to work with technical documentation.
Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 6 years
