Senior Credit Control Specialist

Premier Foods is looking for a Senior Credit Control Specialist , who will be responsible for monitoring the company’s credit obligations, analyzing customer payments, and ensuring the efficient organization of the collection process — maintaining data accuracy and financial discipline within the team.

Manage the company’s accounts receivable control process, ensuring timely collection of debts.

• Prepare and regularly update reports on accounts receivable.
• Analyze customer payment delays, identify their causes, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Communicate with clients to reconcile payments and organize settlements.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to effectively resolve problematic debts.
• Supervise the team’s work, ensuring adherence to procedures and data accuracy.
• Verify the accuracy of information entered by department employees and ensure that tasks are completed according to established standards.
• Monitor the accuracy of receivable and payable data in the 1C system, comparing it with data from the HTS system.
• Provide professional advice and support to team members in resolving complex or challenging cases.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Provide analytical support to management for assessing the receivables portfolio and analyzing risks

Higher education.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Ability to manage and control multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong planning skills.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Good command of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of 1C 8.3 ERP software.

Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
