Management Trainee For Supply chain Managment

•Lead and oversee end-of-the-end supply chain operations, including production planning, material planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and import & export activities to support business objectives. •Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory, improve service levels, reduce costs, and ensure operational efficiency across the manufacturing operation. •Manage inventory levels for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to ensure production continuity while maintaining optimal stock levels. •Lead procurement, supplier management, and import/export operations to ensure cost-effective sourcing, reliable supply, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery. •Analyze supply chain performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance. •Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support production plans and customer delivery requirements. •Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous capability development. •Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, warehouse, and logistics standards, while supporting business growth and continuous improvement initiatives. •Perform other duties and business initiatives as assigned by the CEOs

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Warehousing, or Logistics within a manufacturing environment. At least 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain leadership or managerial role. Strong experience in production planning, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, logistics, and supplier management. Proven leadership capability with strong analytical, strategic planning, problem-solving, and people management skills. Good command of English with experience communicating with international suppliers, customers, or regional/head office teams. Experience in food, beverage, dairy, or FMCG manufacturing, particularly export-oriented businesses will be an advantage.
