Management Trainee For Engineering Officer

•Lead and manage the factory Engineering team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, utilities, and manufacturing facilities. •Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and improve overall plant productivity. •Manage engineering projects, CAPEX investments, equipment installation, and process improvements to support business growth and operational excellence. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on productivity, cost optimization, energy efficiency, water conservation, and asset reliability. •Ensure compliance with engineering standards, GMP, HACCP, food safety, HSE, environmental regulations, and all applicable legal requirements. •Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance and resolve operational challenges. •Lead the implementation of automation, digitalization, and engineering technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities and operational efficiency. •Manage engineering budgets, monitor KPIs, and develop action plans to achieve operational, financial, and sustainability targets. •Coach, develop, and inspire the Engineering team while fostering a strong safety culture, technical excellence, and high-performance mindset.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process, Food Engineering, or related fields Minimum 3-7 years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role within food manufacturing, FMCG, or consumer goods industries. Strong knowledge of maintenance, utilities, automation, CAPEX projects, TPM, and continuous improvement. Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, HSE, and Thai factory regulations. Proven leadership, project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Good command of English
