RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical operation of SIP/ IP telephony and Cisco Call Manager equipment, video conferencing, technical operation of active network equipment; Technical support of audio and video conferences; Maintenance of technical documentation in the following areas: diagrams, instructions, regulations

Requirements

Higher education; Work experience of 3 years or more in the field of information technology, telecommunications, communications; Special (professional) knowledge, abilities, skills: SIP/ IP telephony (general field of work), IP PBX Cisco Call Manager (configuration, diagnostics), work (configuration, diagnostics) with network equipment of any type and manufacturer; Minimum required level of foreign language proficiency: English - reading text with a dictionary; Qualified level of Microsoft Office proficiency, knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point; Knowledge of RED OS (Russian general-purpose operating system for servers and workstations), EDMS, SAP, R7-Office is welcome; Experience working in subsidiaries of PJSC "Gazprom" or the gas industry is welcome
