Engineering Project Engineer Kiryat Gat Site Nestlé

The Kiryat Gat site is recruiting an Engineering Project Engineer to manage and lead engineering projects from the initiation and planning stage through to establishment, handover, and implementation into operations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading engineering projects end-to-end, including requirements definition, planning, execution, installation, and handover to operations.
• Budget, schedule, and execution contractor management.
• Preparing basic and detailed engineering designs according to project needs.
• Managing and implementing engineering aspects of the project, including equipment, buildings, infrastructure, piping, and utility systems.
• Routine work with internal interfaces, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Managing and monitoring compliance with project requirements, engineering specifications, relevant codes, and standards.
• Integrating principles of safety, hygienic engineering, maintainability, cleanability, and operational efficiency from the planning stages.
• Accompanying installation, certification, and validation stages, until orderly handover to operations.
• Promoting efficient, innovative, and sustainable engineering solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Mandatory.
• Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in managing engineering projects in an industrial environment.
• Experience in managing suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with standards and codes in the fields of safety, hygiene, and production line design.
• Ability to manage and motivate multiple interfaces simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Office applications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or MS Project – An advantage.
• High level of English.
