  • Performing economic feasibility analyses regarding payroll, benefits, recruitment, internal transfers, and organizational projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics / Accounting / Business Administration - Mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an economic role including budget management and control - Mandatory.
  • Experience in the fields of payroll, benefits, labor economics, or HR economics - Significant advantage.
  • High analytical ability and the ability to derive business insights from complex data.
  • Full mastery of Excel at a very high level, including advanced functions, model building, and data analysis.
  • Experience in preparing presentations and managerial reports for senior management.
  • High level of English (writing, speaking - conversations with entities abroad).
  • Experience working with SAP - Advantage.
  • Experience working with Hilan systems and/or Hilan BI - Advantage.
  • Experience working with BI tools and data analysis - Advantage.
  • Ability to work with many interfaces, independence, precision, and a broad systemic view.
