Quality Supervisor for the Snacks Factory, Osem Nestlé Site in Sderot

Osem Sderot factory is recruiting a Quality Supervisor for the snacks factory for a role that includes: providing responses to quality activities. As a quality area manager within the department management, leading and driving analysis and improvement processes, complaints, and incidents. Driving and leading teams and projects for continuous improvement. Monitoring product release in accordance with standards. Initiating proactive actions and processes to prevent quality and food safety failures. Implementing proper production processes (GMP). Leading annual testing programs. Close interface with multiple functions. Management of technological subordinates. Food/Chemistry Engineer. Degree in Biotechnology/ Food Science/ Chemistry/ Life Sciences. Experience in the field - mandatory. Good level of English. Good level of OFFICE application. The position is at the Sderot factory; independent transportation is required.
