Your tasks

The Osem Sderot factory is recruiting a Shift Manager for a role that includes: Managing the shift with an emphasis on a safe working environment Managing a team of production and packaging workers on the line Handling quality deviations, safety, operational excellence, and discipline during the shift Ensuring the availability of all resources required to execute the production plan Assisting in leading "continuous improvements" in the department's activities Knowledge of department targets in various areas and actions to achieve and maintain them Managing weekend cleaning with an emphasis on safety and quality Managing and investigating safety incidents, including drawing conclusions and determining corrective actions.

Requirements

Mechanical Engineering Technician - advantage Previous experience and familiarity with the production world in a process plant - mandatory Management experience – mandatory Proficiency in Office applications - mandatory Good level of English Willingness to work in shifts (3 shifts)
